There are several common reasons why your credit card registration may have been declined. Before you try to register again, please check the following:
- Make sure your credit card has not expired.
- Many personal and company credit cards have daily/weekly thresholds, so make sure you have not reached or exceeded that threshold. Also, check that you’re not exceeding the maximum amount that can be charged in one single transaction.
- If you’ve checked the expiration details and have not exceeded any thresholds, the final reason your registration was declined may be due to a communication error between your bank and our payment service provider. In this case, please try again in a few minutes.
If none of the above resolves the issue, please contact your bank or your credit card support service directly. They will be able to confirm the exact reason and hopefully resolve the issue for you.
