On rare occasions, the enormous volume of data we analyze each day can result in unforeseen data latencies. At Criteo, we strive to provide you with detailed information on the cause of the issue as soon as we identify it.
Data delivery is affected by volume, network speed, and other factors, but most commonly, delays are caused by one of the following:
- Network issues that prevent our servers from sending data on time
- Delays between two data centers
- Volume spikes when matching clicks to sales or with third-party data centers across more than 11,000 advertisers
- Sales matching information with 3rd party data centers
If one of these delays occurs, you will receive an in-platform alert with detailed information on report status.
