How can I remove a merchant/partner from Criteo Reseller Program?

To remove a merchant/partner from a Criteo Reseller Program campaign, proceed to an update on your product feed and either:

  • remove products of the merchant/partner from the feed, or
  • set the feed “merchant/partner” field to an empty string for each of the merchant/partner’s product.

The merchant/partner will be removed as soon as Criteo completes ingesting the feed, meaning that ads will stop showing for the merchant/partner’s products and the API will not allow for any actions from the merchant/partner besides retrieving spend statistics.
