How do I pause a campaign?

To pause your whole Criteo Reseller Program campaign (for all merchants/partners) please contact your Account Manager.
To stop a merchant/partner or a list of merchants/partners, you must issue a PUT call to the /merchants/partners/budgets endpoint as described below:

  • PUT /merchants/partners/budgets with budgetStatus = Inactive
    • This instruction will enable us to stop displaying products from the merchant/partner you mentioned in this API call.

NOTE: Any merchant/partner budget that has a budgetStatus = Inactive cannot be reactivated. If you want to relaunch the campaign for a specific merchant/partner which budgetStatus has been set to Inactive, you will need to add a budget by issuing a POST call to the /merchants/partners/budgets endpoint.
