How do I approve creative demos?

The creative demo approval process is simple:

  • When a new demo is published, you will receive an automatic email directing you to view the demo within Management Center.  You can also find the demo in the ‘Needs Approval’ section of the Creatives main page.
  • When viewing the demo, you can directly approve it by selecting ‘Approve All’ on the top right hand corner of the page. Once done, you will see a confirmation message on screen, the status indicator next to the demo title will change from yellow to green, and the demo will move from the ‘Needs Approval’ tab to the ‘Approved’ tab on the main Creatives page.
  • Your Criteo Account Strategist will be automatically notified of the approval, and will then push the new demo live. You will then be able to view the active versions of your ads under the ‘Live’ section of the Creatives page.
