How can I update my bank details and payment information?

You can manage your billing and bank details in “My Bank Details”. To edit your information, you need to have administrator access to your account.

In case you need to hold any future payments, please select the related check box at the end of the page. Any payments due will be held by Criteo and released once you update your preferences and billing information. We hold your payments no more than a year before releasing them to your bank account.
