Am I able to resend an email for a new IO approval if I can’t find the initial email?

Yes. You can send the email again and reset the approval on your pending IO by simply selecting “Resend Approval” next to the pending IO.

Please note: You can only reset the approval for a pending IO within 30 days. If an IO is not approved for more than 30 days, the IO is automatically cancelled.
