How can I reset or change my password?

To reset your password, go to “User Information,” and click the “Reset Password” button. Instructions will be sent to you via email to the address listed in your user profile.

Users assigned the role of Business Manager, Financial Manger or Administrator can reset passwords for other users within the same account.  To reset another user’s password, click the “Edit” icon on the account’s user table. Then, in “User Information” click “Reset Password.”
