Users assigned the role of Business Manager, Financial Manger or Administrator can reset passwords for other users within the same account.
To reset your password:
- Go to “Account Settings” in the dashboard and click on the “Users” tab.
- Click the settings icon to the right of the user for whom you would like to reset the password and select the "Reset Password" button.
- Instructions will be sent to you via email to the address listed in your user profile.
