How can I reset or change my password?

Users assigned the role of Business Manager, Financial Manger or Administrator can reset passwords for other users within the same account.  

To reset your password:

  1. Go to “Account Settings” in the dashboard and click on the “Users” tab.
  2. Click the settings icon to the right of the user for whom you would like to reset the password and select the "Reset Password" button.
  3. Instructions will be sent to you via email to the address listed in your user profile.
