What are the available roles for each account?

There are four different account roles under Criteo's management center. You can assign your users one of the following roles:

  • View Only – This role can extract reports and analyse campaign performance, but is not able to make bid changes or manage users.
  • Business Manager – This role can view stats, manage and edit CPC values, and edit existing or add new users.
  • Financial Manager – This role can view stats, manage and edit budgets, and edit existing or add new users.
  • Administrator – This role can view stats, manage and edit budgets and CPC values, and edit existing or add new users. Administrator rights cannot be deleted but can be passed to a different user (please contact your Criteo Account Strategist for guidance).
  • Technical Manager – This role may be assigned to a member of your team who is responsible for managing anything technical related to your Criteo campaign. This person can manage your Criteo integration and fix anything tag or feed-related, but they do not have access to campaign details or controls.
