Why did I receive an email informing me that a bid change was revoked?

A revoked bid change means that your Criteo Account Strategist has cancelled a previously submitted bid change request that was pending your approval.

Your Account Strategist may revoke a bid change for three reasons:

  • The bid value inserted was wrong;
  • The bid value is not relevant anymore;
  • You requested to cancel a specific bid change.

If you are still unsure why you have received this email, please contact your Account Strategist.
