To reset your password, go to “Account Settings” in the dashboard and click on the “Users” tab. From there, click the settings icon to the right of the user for whom you would like to reset the password. Lastly, select the "Reset Password" button. Instructions will be sent to you via email to the address listed in your user profile.
Users assigned the role of Business Manager, Financial Manger or Administrator can reset passwords for other users within the same account.
